First shut off the water — at the fixture's own valve if the leak is at a toilet or sink, or at the main shut-off for a burst pipe. Then call (408) 410-0028. We'll help you over the phone if you can't find the valve and get to you as soon as we can. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 before anything else.

Instead of digging a trench from the house to the street, we dig a small access pit at each end and pull the new pipe through the path of the old one. Your lawn, driveway and landscaping in between stay in place. A camera inspection tells us whether your line is a good candidate.

It depends on the age of the tank and what has failed. A pilot, thermocouple, gas valve or heating element can usually be repaired. A tank that is leaking from the bottom or is well past ten years old is normally better replaced. We'll test it and give you an honest answer either way.

Yes. We install faucets, toilets, disposals, water softeners and filtration systems you've already purchased. Tell us the make and model when you call so we arrive with the right fittings.
